I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the modern Beautiful Double Room, which had the most super comfy bed. The easy access to the beach and downtown from the bus stop just across the street made my trips super convenient. Plus, the on-site restaurant was a good surprise, serving delicious food at budget-friendly prices.

Disastrous Experience – A Place to Avoid!

My partner and I endured a nightmarish stay. The check-in process was chaotic with no staff available after 7 PM. Our suite was dirty, and we had no hot water. Pay cash? Record a video for the drop box! Avoid this so-called hotel at all costs!

absolutely lovely place if you enjoy cold showers and a gym that’s just a few sad machines in the hallway. I thought I would receive some complimentary gesture for my troubles, but alas, no royal treatment. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t look past the broken shower!

The concierge service helped us plan trips to the nearby cenotes and vibrant local markets. We also enjoyed free WiFi everywhere, which was super helpful for sharing moments. The tour desk made it easy to book exciting excursions. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

One night, we faced an issue with the air conditioning. It took a little too long to get fixed, but the staff was friendly and tried their best to resolve it quickly.

We enjoyed free WiFi throughout our stay and loved the concierge service that helped us plan family outings. The kids especially appreciated our time spent at nearby cenotes. The hotel offered a comfortable space for me and my niece.

My wife says that the thin walls made it hard for everyone to get a good night's sleep.

My stay at Sky Inn Hotel was a delightful experience from start to finish. The location offered easy access to downtown Cancun's attractions, with cafes and Mexican restaurants nearby. The warm support from the host, Luzma, made a significant difference. she was very responsive and reachable at all times. The fast free WiFi and comfortable, clean rooms ensured a restful night’s sleep, and the fitness center and free private parking were added conveniences.
